turtletoria is holding an art commission raffle from October 5-December 16, 2024, for people who donate to Gazan family fundraisers. I'm not affiliated with this person, but they asked for others to donate and share if they can, so I am!

another "if you happen to already be in the market for sketch commissions/something of that ilk, this is a way to do that while also having your funds go to a charitable cause" post. e-sims go both to journalists and civilians in gaza, keeping them connected to the internet and therefore keeping us informed of the situation on the ground there (as well as allowing them to stay in contact with their families and access internet resources). it's a "send proof of donation to get your prize" sort of thing, so you know your money is going where it's supposed to go.

the google form says this event ends on the 25th, but the organizer says they're still going for another week.
